SHORT DESCRIPTION	Marine geology is a branch of the geology science to know the composition, structure and formation process of the seabed. Marine Geology Science covers geophysics, geochemistry, sedimentology and paleontology. Marine Geology Science is very closely related to the oceanography physics science. Materials provided includes general concept of marine geology, tectonics slab theory, rocks and sediments and the cycle, bathymetry, seabed topography, beach morphology, geological data retrieval methods and seabed topography analysis.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONAL PURPOSE	After taking courses of Marine Geology, students will be able to explain and analyze the seabed geological parameters, especially in coastal areas.
